Returns & Exchanges
Return Time Frame:
You may return most jewelry items within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Condition of Items:
To qualify for a return, the jewelry must be:
Unworn and in the same condition as when purchased.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Returned in the original packaging with all tags and certificates attached.
Due to hygiene purposes, earrings cannot be returned.
Custom and Personalized Jewelry
Custom or personalized jewelry is non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please double-check all custom details before placing your order.
Online Purchases:
For jewelry purchased online, please use the return shipping label included in your original shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returned items. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Once we will receive the returned item(s) we will check and let you know if the refund/exchange will be approved or not.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-15 business days of receipt of the returned item.
Exchanges can be made for items of equal value or higher. If exchanging for a higher value item, the difference will need to be paid.
You can only exchange your item within 10 days of the purchase.
Please send item(s) in a saleable, Unworn and in the same condition as when purchased.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a free label for exchange item(s). The delivery fee of the items sent for exchange will be paid by the customer. However, new item(s) will be sent to the customer for free via Royal Mail.
Due to hygiene reasons, earring cannot be exchanged.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover return shipping costs.
