You can return jewellery items within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Custom or personalized jewellery is non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please double-check all custom details before placing your order.
For jewellery purchased online, please use the return shipping label included in your original shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
