Return, Exchange & Refund

Return Time Frame

You can return jewellery items within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Condition of Items

  • Jewellery must be unworn and in the same condition as when purchased.
  • Must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returned in the original packaging with all tags and certificates attached.
  • Due to hygiene purposes, earrings cannot be returned.

Custom and Personalized Jewellery

Custom or personalized jewellery is non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please double-check all custom details before placing your order.

Online Purchases

For jewellery purchased online, please use the return shipping label included in your original shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once we receive the returned item(s), we will check and notify you if the refund/exchange is approved.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Exchanges can be made within 10 days of purchase for items of equal or higher value (difference to be paid by customer).
  • Items must be in saleable condition and unworn.
  • Customers pay for return shipping; new exchanged items will be shipped for free via Royal Mail.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.

Important Notice

In the case of an incorrect address, order cancellation, or refund/exchange, we will be unable to refund the delivery charges, and they will be deducted from the total refund amount.
